Bounthong

Bounthong has spent his entire life diving in the Mekong River, following in the footsteps of his father. His worn, oil-stiffened jacket, passed down from his father, is a testament to decades of hard work, the fabric still carrying the scent of the river and old memories. When not in the water, he observes the play of sunlight and dust in his modest home, drawing solace and inspiration from these simple wonders while worrying about the future of his grandchildren in a changing world.
