Hüseyin Kaya

Hüseyin lives on the slopes above Trabzon, where he tends a small flock of poultry just beyond the village's edge. After losing three fingers to a machine accident at the plant where he works, he developed an uncanny sensitivity with the fingers remaining on his hand. At night, the phantom sensations remind him of the eternal presence of Ali, Veli, and Hasan, the digits that he lost but still feels, as if they're guiding him through life.
